    Terms and Conditions

    If you wish to place an order through our webshop, we recommend that you carefully read our terms and conditions first. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to our terms and conditions.

     

    1. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT / BOOKING A DEMO OR WORKSHOP

     

    1.0. In case of late cancellation (minimum 2 days in advance) or no-show for the scheduled workshop, demo, or one-on-one session (due to illness, forgetting, etc.), a cancellation fee of €25 will be charged.

    1.1. Placing an order through our webshop automatically results in you sending a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We accept this offer by delivering the ordered goods.

    1.2. Laperla sells its goods exclusively through the webshop to end consumers who are at least 18 years of age. Minors may not place orders through our webshop without the consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian. If we notice that an order has been placed by a minor, we may refuse this order.

     

    2. ACCURACY OF THE ITEMS

    2.1. All products are in new condition, unworn, and clean. The illustration of our items is done using photos. Our items are also provided with a detailed description, including price, size, and available colors.

    2.2. We do our best to make the colors of the items in the photos match the actual colors as closely as possible. Please note that (slight) deviations may occur.

    2.3. If you experience difficulties finding the right sizes of our items or have doubts about the color, you can always contact us through the contact module on the website, by sending a message to our Facebook page, or by emailing [email protected]. Regarding sizes, our models always wear size S or size 36.

     

    3. PRICE

    3.1. All prices are displayed in euros. All prices include 21% VAT.

    3.2. Laperla makes every effort to always display the correct prices for the items offered for sale. The price listed with the product is exclusive of shipping costs.

    3.3. In exceptional cases where the displayed price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, we are not bound by this offer.

     

    4. PAYMENT

    4.1. Payment upon completion of the order through the webshop takes place in an easy and secure manner. Payment is possible via Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or iDEAL.

    4.2. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer and amount to €7.00 per shipment. If shipping costs are charged, you will be informed immediately at checkout. These costs are automatically included in the final amount. If the order amount is at least €75.00, shipping is free.

    4.3. After completing the payment, your order will be confirmed by email.

     

    5. DISCOUNT CODES

    5.1. Discount codes cannot be purchased but are issued during promotional campaigns. The validity period of discount codes is limited.

    5.2. Discount codes can only be redeemed once in the context of an order and only within the specified period. Please note that a minimum purchase value may be required for the use of discount vouchers.

    5.3. The value of the discount code will be deducted from the final amount. If the discount code is insufficient for the value of the item, the remainder must be paid using one of the accepted payment methods.

     

    6. SHIPPING

    6.1. Before our items are prepared for shipment, they are always subjected to strict prior inspection. Our items are packed with great care to minimize the risk of damage during transport. Photos of these items are also taken to compare them later with returned items in case of dispute.

    6.2. For shipping our items, we use Bpost. On working days, delivery normally takes 2-3 business days. If you place an order during the weekend or on a public holiday, this period will start on the next working day.

    6.3. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by Bpost. If ordered items are lost due to force majeure, we are likewise not liable.

    6.4. If we ourselves have made a mistake in shipping the items, the consumer will be compensated for this inconvenience with a voucher for our webshop equal to the amount of the order placed, including shipping costs.

    6.5. If you are unable to accept delivery yourself, the package will be transferred by the courier to the nearest post point. In this case, you will need to collect the package yourself.

     

    7. RETURNS

    7.1. Returned items are always thoroughly inspected and compared with the photographic material taken before shipping. A distinction is made between returns of items the consumer is not satisfied with (see 7.2.) and returns of incorrect deliveries (see 7.3.).

    7.2. If you are not satisfied with the delivered items, it is possible to return them. Returns are only possible if ALL of the following conditions are met:

    • Returns must always be made within 7 days of receipt of the item;
    • The label or price tag is still attached to the item;
    • Items that you have damaged or soiled yourself will not be accepted;
    • Only tried-on items may be returned. Worn or used items are not eligible;
    • The item must be sent with the original packing slip.

    7.3. If you conclude that an incorrect item was delivered, you can contact us via the contact module on the website, via our Facebook page ‘Laperla, Laperla,’ or by emailing [email protected]. In your message, provide a clear description of the error in the delivered item.

    7.4. Only when returned items meet the above conditions are they eligible for a proper return. If we confirm that it concerns a damaged or incorrect item, the purchase amount and shipping costs will be refunded to the consumer’s account.

    7.5. The costs of return are fully borne by the consumer. A return label can be created via Bpost or PostNL and is at your own expense. You may also return items directly in the store.

    You do not need to notify us in advance if you wish to return something.

    If, upon receipt of a returned item, it is determined that it is indeed a damaged or incorrect item, the return costs will be refunded to the consumer.

     

    8. PRIVACY

    8.1. We attach great importance to consumer privacy. That is why we manage all data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is always possible to consult, modify, or delete your personal data free of charge from our database.

    8.2. The data we collect from the consumer relates to the consumer only and is kept solely for the purpose of concluding a purchase agreement. The consumer’s first and last name, address, telephone number, and email address are stored. This data is provided by the consumer themselves by filling in their contact details.

    All photos, texts, and logos on this website and our other communication channels are protected by copyright. It is forbidden for third parties to copy, publish, or use this content in any way without the written permission of Laperla.
